Instructions to register your online account:
(There is no charge to register and see your account balance online)
1-Go to: ub-pay.com
2-Enter: AbraWaterCompany (no spaces, caps sensitive) in the Municipality Code box
3-Enter your name and account number EXACTLY as it appears on the front of your bill
3-Follow the simple registration instructions. (Your browser must be set to allow pop-ups or you will not be able to complete the registration.)
(Some customers report problems trying to log-in using their cell phones and must use a computer.)
Once you are registered, you can see your balance and print your bill for free. You can also pay your bill using debit/credit or e-check (a $3.00 fee per $100.00 charged will be added by the processing company, not by Abra. The charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "Government Payment".)

Have your bill paid automatically from your
bank account for free!
Instructions to set up the automatic ACH bank payment from your bank account:
(There is no charge by Abra Water for this service)
1-Have your bank's routing number and your bank account number ready (checking or savings account).
2-Call our office during business hours (You will need an active email address).
It's that simple!
You will continue to receive your bill in the mail or by e-mail during the first week of each month. There will be no other notifications sent. Bank drafts will happen automatically on or after the 15th of the month, depending on weekends and holidays. If you do not want an automatic bank draft to happen after signing up, you must contact our office via phone prior to the 12th of the month to cancel your automatic payment. Any automatic payment that is returned by your bank marked "non-sufficient funds (NSF)" will be subject to an additional $25 charge by Abra Water to your water bill. Bank fees by your bank may also apply. Abra will not be held responsible for any bank fees charged by your bank for any reason. Please check with your bank before signing up if you have any questions regarding possible fees.
